3 more days....
hey all, been awhile since i've had time to write in this thing.
in 3 days i'll be leaving vancouver after staying here for 3 months and i'll be heading back to toronto. it's so strange, i've been here for so long, i'm almost getting used to it and i've really gotten to know the ppl here. every other time that i've been here i never took the time to get to know the ppl at church, so whenever i left i simply leaving behind family. but this time i'll be leaving behind not only Charisse my cute, adorable little niece, but also some really good friends that i've made over the past 3 months...well actually we've gotten close just in the last month =) I've spent a lot of time with these 4 girls, watching movies/videos, going to bubble tea and eating "chicken stuff", late night chats, sleepovers (with no sleeping btw!), car dancing, and of course clubbing. Much of the time, i've come to notice however, when we're together is spent making fun/teasing me..i'm not quite sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing =). Come 3 days from now, it'll definetly be hard for me to leave, harder than it's ever been. i'm not sure when i'll be coming back to vancouver but i promised the girls i'd take them out clubbing again when they're all finally legal in a few months.
I'VE HAD A BLAST!
this was at Long Beach, and behind us is no other than the PACIFIC OCEAN! this is where everyone comes to surf!

here are some pics of the getaway i went on during the long weekend. to another island, Tofino, this is a pic from a walking/hiking trail. that's Charisse in her little jumper doesn't she look so cute with Marcial just carrying her around hehehe! i love her so much!
ISN'T THE VIEW GORGEOUS! as i said we were on an island, so the dock is behind them. the 2nd girl from the right(in grey) is Cindy and that's JP's girlfriend.
here's a pic of the room, and of course that's my bunkbed. it's looks ok in the pic but it was actualy pretty gurndgy, but it was worth it.
here are some pics from my weekend away to Latona Beach for the Church Summer Conference. i don't have any pics of us on the bananaboat of the kayak i'll have to get them from friends. this is a pic of "The Girls" (altho some are missing) i had a lot of fun with them. somehow we always ended up standing on the road/path at night just talking for 3 hours! it was great. i'm really thankful and glad that i went and got to really know them, they're a great bunch!
my head is cleared!
i used to be confused for a little while, everything just sorta went fuzzy on me. i wasn't sure about certain things anymore, something that i was once so sure about became distorted. this has probably been one of the toughest 2 weeks for me. and i know for a fact that it's been even tougher for someone else. but my head is clear, my vision is back to normal and things are back on track. i saw my baby yesterday for the first time in 2months, i surprised him at the airport when he arrived in vancouver. yesterday was one of the happiest days in my life, 2nd of course to when we got together =) we spent the day together and a lot of it was just staring at each other and holding one another. i think we were both a little flustered that we were actually see each other FINALLY!
but he's gone again touring across Canada, yesterday almost feels like a dream.....but we'll be together again for good in 3 weeks time.....till next time.....
